[2.4.2] TOG.1050: missing province modifier?

In 2.4, a recent_county_uprising modifier was added to events TOG.1010 (peasant uprising reinforced), TOG.1030 (heretic uprising reinforced) and TOG.1070 (religious uprising reinforced), but not to TOG.1050 (nationalist uprising reinforced.) Was this deliberate or an oversight?
