When you say everywhere, do you mean everyone one in your realm, or do you literally mean EVERYWHERE as in the whole game world?

That said, must of been one hell of a party when you got back from that hunting trip.

I mean absolutely everywhere.
+10 rep with every other character on the map.

But yeah, it's [Un]fortunately just a temporary modifier; not sure exactly how long it lasted, 6 months, maybe a year.
