In the immediate of RoI.20147, inside the limit of random_demesne_province, region is tested in county scope, a title scope, but it is my understanding that region is only valid in province scope. The county wrapper should be eliminated.
The same problem applies to the triggers of RoI.146, which has 2 instances of region in county scope, and one of region in primary_title scope.
