[2.4.2] Misaligned models in Naumadal and Nidaros

It won't be a priority at the moment, but I filed a report for it in our internal database. I think the they are placed in the wrong provinces due to an earlier change to make the borders in Norway slightly more accurate. I guess no one though of moving the holdings accordingly.
