[2.4.2] Medium tribal authority, can't revoke title

First, I cannot provide save from before the event, it is an ironman game, but I can provide a save at time I quit the game to write this report, as I made a copy of it.

But here how I think the bug started.

During my tribal kingdom regency, regent lowered the crown authority, but it didn't lower tribal authority, from medium.

Only discovered I couldn't revoke once the next ruler became an adult (been the brother of the first, he had strong claim on a few title of the siblings), after going through a second regency.

Gonna see if bug is corrected, by switching tribal authority back to low, next time I start the game, for pretty sure I'm simply stuck on autonomous vassal as it was the last authority value change, but been tribal the bar is hidden.

Ok, just started the game again, changing the tribal authority value did indeed solve the problem.

And to be sure before doing the change I checked if I couldn't still revoke title, just in case a simple reload could have solved it, it didn't.
