[2.4.2] event targets should be used in 89005-89012 event chain

Event targets should be used to mark the original first wife, and scheming second wife in this event chain. Also, the only_women = yes pretrigger should be used in place of the is_female = yes trigger in the starting events of each chain throughout this file (events 89000, 89005, 89015, 89020 and 89030.)
