Was King of Sweden and Norway while holding all dejure Scandinavia + Pomerania I reformed the Germanic religion then took the decission. I was very surprised when not only all my held counties including ones that didnt have upgraded castles switched to Feudal but also all my vassals. with cities castles and temples appearing everywhere. I am unsure if this is WAD or a bug so am reporting it here. tbh I think it may actually be better this way though it was a bit surprising.
