2.4.2 beta issues

So I have several Issues while using 2.4.2.

First as playing the Mongol Empire. When my Khan dies, it also kills of my heir too. So after all is done I go from King to 3rd in line. It has happened twice for me.

Second when my subjects become a duke on there own they leave my kingdom but it says they are still my subjects. But If I make up the duke and they steal it from me they stay my subjects and in my kingdom.

Third I am still having trouble with trying to split a clan and it says I cannot because some of mine counties are occuplied.

Unable to reproduce. Do you have a save game in which this happens? Succession issues are always difficult to reproduce from scratch. So a save game from before this happens would be helpful.

Unable to reproduce. What type of vassal is it that go independent? And as above, it would be great if you had a save game from just before this happens.
