This happened to me...

The kingdom of castille is still called castille, i changed mapmodes and it stays like this so the problem must be graphical i suppose.

(I play with all dlc except Sunset Invasion)

It happens to me, too. My tributary has my name on map.

This is not a bug. Tributaries share your name. It just looks weird because it's separated from normal france. IF they shared a large enough border the name would go right through both.

As already stated, that tributaries will get their overlord, or suzerains, name in place of their own on the map is WAD. This is to clearly show that they "belong" to someone else.

And occasionally the overlord's name gets replaced by that of the tributary, which is also WAD.
