[2.4.2 Beta AJJW] - Titular Title Bug

The pechenegs(?) settled and became feudal, and created a khanate (titular khanate of oleshye i think) now that i've conquered their lands the title appears like this...

I've not encountered this in any game I've played. Do you have any lead to what could cause this? Perhaps even a way to reproduce the issue?

What happened was:
- The nomad pechnegs conquered some of land in russia
- Eventually they settled as Feudal in the county of Oleshye
- The titular (and feudal) khanate of Oleshye forms.
- Their russian vassals revolt for independence
- I use the invasion of Wallachia CB
- The former khan of oleshye is reduced to a count
- The titular kingdom of oleshye is now called k_dyn_194386 and everyone related to the former king is now prince/princess of k_dyn_194386
- Today i loaded the save again (with the non-beta 2.4.2) and the titular kingdom no longer exists.

I tried to reproduce it by mimicking what you wrote, but I can't get it to happen. Can you get it to happen again? Did you leave out any detail that might be crucial?
