I started a new ironman game for The Isles after Horse Lords. When I have created the custom kingdom in the past, the color is dark blue, same as the duchy. Now it is purple for some reason. Here's a screen shot: http://imgur.com/a/8HZW9
I own all DLC with everything enabled except Sunset Invasion. This save was started right after Horse Lords, but the problem can be recreated in the current version.
Start a new game as King Inge of Norge 1158. Grand independence to Duke Somerled of the Isles and switch to Somerled via console. Console grant gold and prestige to form duchy of mann and a custom kingdom. Console grant a third duchy, like Ulster. Create the kingdom. It's purple.
The kingdom is also defaulting to gavelkind even though it was created from elective duchies, but that's been reported, and I can live with that. Purple though...that I cannnot do.
UPDATE!
I was playing with some saves, and I was able to get the custom kingdom light blue. I had to cycle through each of my ducal titles and make each one primary. I did it long enough for the color to change on the screen. Had to cycle through all three, just two would still give me a purple kingdom. Cycling through all three titles before making the kingdom gave me a light blue kingdom. I updated the screen shots.
