As Umayyad, I use the create empire
option in the intrigue tab to create the Andalusian empire, and supposedly it should behave like Hispanic empire 100%. However, if I give a kingdom a titular title, out of the need to have more control of the bordera of the new kingdom or other reasons, it interacted oddly with the Andalusian empire.
One example: because there is no Pannoia kingdom available to Muslim, I decided to give the titular title of castille kingdom to Hungarian emir. Supposedly this new kingdom will be incorporated into the Andalusian empire in 100 years as another title. But in fact, it first was incorporated into the HISPANIC Empire, and I need another 100 years to have it incorporated into the Andalusian one. It is a double counting error I reckon. And on the empire status toggle map, I saw both Andalusian empire and Hispanic empire exist side by side…
