[2.4.2][AJJW] "Settle as feudal" freezes the game

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load linked save
2. Select "settle as feudal" in any county proposed by the game. Tus "works" great.
3. Game freezes.

Expected behavior:
Not owned holdings should not allow to settle as feudal.

Reproducible under Windows and Linux.

Known issue, it's caused by settling in an area without a de jure empire. Will be fixed for the next iteration of the beta patch!
