Happens with any DLC etc..
This problem has been around for as long as I can remember on Linux, the problem is that there is no FPS limiter in the game which causes really high FPS (around 400) in the game, especially in the main menus. For some reason this makes the menus move extremely slowly (minutes). One way to speed them up, as weird as this sounds is to open the steam overlay web browser. This decreases the FPS enough to make them open quickly.
I also believe this might be the reason why i get a day one OOS whenever i try to play multiplayer in Linux.
I realise this might not be very high priority for you, and in the meantime I'll simply use Windows to play CK2 multiplayer, it is however a bug and thus worth putting here.
So, to reproduce: (This needs a fast computer obviously)
1. Launch game
2. Watch the main menus slide in very slowly
3. Start a multiplayer game with a windows computer on LAN
4. Day 1 OOS as soon as someone unpauses.
I am using Xubuntu with nvidia drivers version 346.59 and a GTX 970
Thanks
