[2.4.1] [ZXPB] Tributaries become independent after loading savegame

Description: After loading my savegame, all tributaries I had as my horde, Khazaria, had become independent. This savegame was also loaded after a CTD which happened after the music started stuttering. These music-stutter CTD's have happened more often before, and are frequent, but the tributary bug has happened only once.

DLC: All major ones, several cosmetics.

Mods: None.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Does it happen consistently?

I just read through the dev diary, and it said that a tributary ends if your ruler dies, which I didn't know. So it's simply a feature. Sorry for wasting your time.
