[2.4.1 ZXPB] Republic of Lombardy

This is an interesting one. I found that if you choose the 1337 start, click on Firenze, then choose the 769 start it makes all of Lombardy into a Republic, and unplayable. Once it also made Wessex a Theocracy.

I tested this a few times in 2.4.2 and it turns out it still happens in 2.4.2. Not a major thing as it only happens if you follow those steps, but figured Paradox would want to check on it for the full 2.4.2 release.
