Message settings with the latest patch, notably the 'pause' settings do not save properly and inconsistent (the settings for each of the three message levels are intermixed and do not apply properly).
Steps to reproduce:
Go mess with message settings (notably the pause ones, probably others as well), save them, reopen message settings - they'll have changed. They also won't work properly according to what settings are displayed either.
