2.4.1 ZXPB Inland Merchant Republic Trade Posts (WAD?)

Still on my merchant Republic playthrough...

- Conquer an inland county as a Patrician.
- Hold it yourself (to avoid the bug with trade posts not building for vassal counties)
- Build a trade post

It constructs just fine. It does not, however, allow for any upgrades.

WAD?

EDIT: The county in question is in Serbia, so its nowhere near any silk road provinces.

Thought so. Shame its a bug, something people have been asking for since the release of The Republic.
