Hi! Noticed my Mongol tribal leader(Titulat Khaganate of Otuken) was getting a lot of prestige quickly. Noticed he was receiving prestige for his 4 counties(fine) but also 1 King title and 1 Emperor title, which he isn't yet. Looked at other similar Mongol tribal leaders and they are all receiving this. Is this WAD?

Edit: Noticed it happens to all nomadic tribal leaders, not just Mongol
