Obviously I cheated in this game, but I've had it happen to me in ironman.

It seems a bit random. In this game one feudal vassal became independent while two clans also became independent. Someone else wrote about restoring the Roman Empire breaks the realm as well. Give me a sec.

Yep. Same deal happens with Rome. In this case it happens via the option on the event instead of the decision.

OK so steps to reproduce:

1. Play as a character that can create a title via decision and upon this decision loses their current title.

2. Create the title via decison.

3. Lose some of your vassals randomly.

This is kinda important considering the Mongols were a big deal for this DLC and Rome is a big deal in general.

Edit: Checksum ZXPB with all DLC except for Sunset Invasion enabled.
