[2.4.1] Resign acts as Quit to Desktop

As the title says, clicking Resign then Quit to Menu closes CK2 completely, as if I had clicked Quit to Desktop.

Tried it a few times now, definitely not misclicking. I basically have to restart CK2 everytime I want to start over.
