[2.4.1] Republic Inheritance does not work correctly

Playing with the new HL DLC. I have all DLCs except Sunset Invasion.

I reformed the germanic faith, I converted into a Merchant Republic.
I have properly funded the campain of my heir but, although he has the best score, he is not considered first in the line of succession. In fact it seems that he is not considered at all in the line of sucession.

There is currently no way to make my heir inherit the republic although I do have the best score with the correct funding.

Known issue, the heir score is calculated incorrectly. We're working on it.
