Not sure if working as intended but my nomadic vassal is attacking my troops because they are "raiding". I do not have any issues with them just happen out of the blue.

If memory serves from the dev diaries, this is actually WAD.
It's intended that the other clans in your khaganate can raid you, but I don't think it's intended that you can't fight back. i know that there are certain hostile actions that a khagan is not allowed to take against his vassal khans.Sorry, but I just can't believe this is WAD. I just had 1 of my nomadic vassals roaming around in my realm looting the hell out of me, and because he is my vassal I couldn't attack him. All I could do was sit there and watch him do it.

That's probably the case, I'm guessing that the troops hostile to me are probably having a feud with my random blood brother making me hostile to them.If you have a Blood Brother that they're feuding with/raiding this behavior is WAD, if they're just raiding you out of the blue (without having any feuds/Blood Brotherships of their own) then it's not intended. Could you confirm which is the case?
Thanks for the report.
