[2.4.1] Nomad vassal troops often hostile to liege

I've noticed that it is apparently possible for my vassals to raid each other. This is all well and good, but it means that their troops are often hostile to me, which makes moving my (unlowerable) troops around my realm a chore of micromanagement, as I have to try to avoid entering the provinces they are in, or we will be forced to fight for no reason, wasting manpower, money, and prestige replenishing troops that were lost in the fight.

Please, either disable intra-realm raiding, or prevent vassal raiders from becoming hostile to their liege.

Intended, caused because they are raiding your blood brother. Why are you not helping your blood brother?

Ah, is that what is causing it? I just see them flickering hostile on and off rapidly. If this is what causes that, it could be explained a lot better in-game.

Check if it's caused by other clans raiding your Blood Brother's clan, as that behavior is WAD.
