[2.4.1] No option to declare war

This guy is the independent count of Loulan and is not a tributary. I don't have the option to declare war on him. I border him so I have the conquest CB and the invasion CB and the subjugation CB as I'm the Yagbuid horde. I'm guessing from his title that he was an adventurer that conquered this title with either the host mechanic or the new raider mechanic.

The issue would rather be that he somehow ended up as a count-level nomad. Those are not supposed to exist, so they can cause various issues. You don't happen to have a save game from just before that happens? So that we may try and reproduce that.

Does he have the Adventurer trait? If so, then he was definitely an adventurer previously.

The old guy in the first post was definitely an adventurer. Its covered up by the popup for his age but he has the adventurer trait next to the brilliant strategist trait. Its an ironman save unfortunately so I don't have any previous save files.

Interestingly, when the guy died and his son took over the son got a new empire title based off his dynasty name.

Also I slightly messed up the initial report. It would have already been the full release of 2.4.2 from earlier on tuesday. The game had been started in 2.4.1 though so its possible its to do with the fact the savegame was across two patches.
