[2.4.1] Merchant Republic's capital changed on succession - Arsenal destroyed :(

I had my capital in Venice, and I also conquered county of Segna. On Doge's death capital of Republic of Venice switched to Segna, destroying arsenal in the process.

Before this happened, I changed capital holding of Segna to a castle. The heir that inherited the Republic was feudal baron of Pallestrina (castle in Venice)
