I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, but it seemed weird to me. I think the event in question is from the chain starting with:

The description text in the file makes it sound like it is intended to cause a mercenary captain to elope with a lord's daughter, but I've now had this event target a lord's mother twice. I only took screenshots for the second character it happened for. Also the text in the file makes me think it is supposed to happen for the employer of the mercenary band but both times I've seen this event the mercenary band had been hired by someone I was hostile towards. It also seemed odd to me that there was no age limit for the character eloping with the mercenary captain. Both times I've seen this event, the character that eloped was over the age of 50.
This image shows the mercenary band is no longer hired, but it was previously with a group hostile to me.
This image shows the character that eloped, a 55 year old woman with a 32 year old mercenary captain.
This image shows that she is my current character's mother (rather than a daughter like the text in the file alludes to).
Again, not sure if a bug but it seemed odd to me for mercenary captains to want to seduce old women past child bearing age since it does seclude characters with the celibate trait.
