Banishment no longer confiscates wealth, but the tooltip for it says that it does. The tooltip should be changed because it is misleading.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It's not changed from how it confiscates wealth in 2.3.4, the character you banish needs to be landless. I agree that this could be made clearer though.
