The Iberian portraits issue with not showing for Italians is not intentional. We are looking into it, but it seems like that the new Italian Unit Pack might be the cause of it.

I think the Greek portrait might be intentional. Unsure about the Altaic situation. I'll have to look into it for both though.
Just to give you an update. We are looking into the different portrait issues, including the Greek one.
