Perhaps it's been already reported, but the new interface appears to be a bit funky.
Repro step: if you grant one of your courtiers a minor title and then try to click again on one of the empty portraits, you'll notice that the cursor
highlights several of them at once. Selecting a portrait in particular gets a bit difficult, somehow... don't know why's that tho!
Got all DLCs minus Horse Lords and Sunset Invasions.
(Apparently I didn't manage to catch that glitch on screen, the photo's just there to show what I'm talking about).
