In my multiplayer game, we scrounged up enough temples and moral authority to reform the Tengri faith. After having a bit of trouble with the temples (they wouldn't recognize as being built, forcing me to pillage my own temples and rebuild them) I reformed the faith.

My government type was now "nogovernment" and stripped me of all of the nomad features. Except for the succession type. I still have the nomadic succession.

Edit: When reloading the savegame from a desync, it says it is now a Theocracy from the lobby!

Starting the game instantly causes a game over, since I'm the Tengri Pope.
Do note: It allows me to select the character and play as him (unlike other theocracies) but causes an instant game over once started.

There is some truly funky stuff going on now. Check this out. I loaded up as a vassal to the Khan-Pope. The mechanics seem to break down now, as in the clan tab, the population is 0, the number of clans is 0 and the Clan Land Demand is 2.
