In the 4 games I've started in either 2.41 or 2.42 there has been king bishops or prince archbishops either voted in or installed by a faction demand and it's very annoying france twice,croatia,burgandy,galicia the duchy of wessex twice and 1 or 2 others. I doubt this is wad
