My Saffaird Emperor went on desert about 10 times. He gets 10 Necronomicons. Every event in this event chain was multiplied. In the end My emperor has more than 24 learning skill (and he is midas touched only).

If I remember correctly, this was fixed internally before the scripters went on holiday, and it should be fixed in the next patch.
