[2,3][WoL] Duke coerced into joining faction, not joining.

As it says. As a Duke of Lombardy I coerced another Duke into joining my faction. I got the initial pop-up and went ahead with it, he agreed to join and got the -10 opinion modifier for being coerced into joining a faction but he never actually joined.

Oh, yeah. I was going to report this, but then forgot about it. Noticed the same thing, anyway.

Yeah, I tried it again and the target said, and I quote "call upon me when you want me to join a faction" but he didn't join my current faction, nor the one I started after the event had triggered. This seems broken.

Edit: Quitting and reloading immediately after his event seem to have triggered the noble joining after all.
Edit 2: A second attempt did not cause the noble to join the faction after quitting and reloading.

They do not join immediately. There are also several factors that stop characters from joining factions. It is typically very difficult to tell the exact reason without seeing the whole situation, savegames are usually the best for being able to replicate.

Faction forming and faction membership are of the most messed aspects of the game.

Looking at this issue, it seemed to be an easy fix, unfortunatly this was not the case, but rest assured that we, and the programmers know about the issue!
