The tournament winner events in tournament_events.txt do nothing.

Specifically, events 70020, 70034, 70021, 70035, 70022, and 70036 are non-functional, to the extent that deleting them entirely has no effect on the tournament. This is strange, considering that these are the events which should control who wins the tournament and when and therefore should be essential for the tournament event chain.

I suspect there is a similar situation for events 88270, 88284, 88271, 88285, 88272, and 88286 in furusiyya_events.txt, but I haven't confirmed it yet.

The fact that these events do nothing makes it difficult to mod tournaments as nothing you do currently affects who wins the tournament.
