[2.3] Incorrect number for dead king

Current ruler died. The death screen accurately shows him as "the third", but the message popping up to tell me that his heir (the fourth) is no longer steward, it referred to the recently deceased ruler as "the second" when it should have referred to him as "the third" like the death screen.

Doesnt' seem to happen for all regnal numbers. Tested it with king Alfonso of Castille 1337 and I got a correct reference to his regnal number, so I'll just keep an eye out for if it ever happens if you don't have any other information. Thanks!
