[2.3] Hostile to all armies

Hi there,

Just updated the patch and bought WoL. I've noticed that I'm constantly hostile to all raised levies everywhere. This became quite obvious when my ally and I won a war and then our armies in the same province immediately fought each other. Any ideas one what I should be doing here to fix this? Breaks the game obviously. Thanks!

Any more information? I've had almost the same issue and I think mine was related to raiding. All armies in the entire world became hostile to me and eachother, except my own vassals to me. (They were still hostile to each other)

It fixed itself when I restarted the game.

Naw, I'm not raiding. Just literally started a new game and it was like this. Also when I loaded a game of mine from before the new patch. restarted the game, and my computer, several times now, same thing keeps happening.

This has been reported here numerous times, but has not been able to be duplicated by any save game so hasn't been fixed. If you have a save that reliably shows the problem, please link it here.

This bug is as old as CK2. The way to fix it is to save your game, exit the game entirely (back to desktop) and then launch the game and load your save.

If that isn't fixing it for you then clearly what has happened is this old bug has mutated in to some kind of new superbug.

If it has mutated into a superbug, which means that you can reproduce this every time on load even after following above mentioned steps, please upload the save so that we can take a look at it here in the office.

If I have it again I will. The last time I had it was about 4 days ago after a holy war against Tengri folks. As soon as the war ended (with my victory) I was hostile to literally every army in the game except those of my vassals. Saving/loading fixed it.

I haven't had it yet in this latest expansion/beta though.

That this bug is still around is...amazing to say the least. Not beeing able to reproduce it makes it harder to squish, i agree, but one (all?) of the coders MUST have gotten this bug at least once while playing/testing the game.

Speaking of my own experience, it usually happens when the game has been running for a while. It can potentially be game breaking at times when im not paying much attention on whats going on in the world around me. Having to save, quit and reload is almost as bad as a CTD.

Sorry to be a bit on the negative side (and a bit off topic) here, but i enjoy CKII and play it a lot. But sometimes i wonder if the game wouldn't be better off without some of the expansions, and time put in to make it bug free instead.

Looks like some sort of cache issue, since reload of app can fix it. But who knows...

Considering the amount of time I have spent playing it and I have never seen it ever. Not even once. I have tried multiple things people suggest, but to no avail. If you do get this issue, I suggest you actually file a report of how it happened and at least the DLC and Mods you are using. As much information as possible, I have put several hours into trying to replicate it, be happy to do more but there is so little actual information about how to replicate. I have not seen one report on the issue listing all the DLC's in use, not just the main ones but all of them.
