[2.3] Holy Wars Broken?

Have seen 2 Holy Wars complete in my current Ironman game (started under last patch, all major DLC except Charlemagne and WoL), and both had wrong results:
-France completed Holy War to conquer Navarre successfully, which was entirely held by a Muslim kingdom, according to the ledger and war results. No provinces changed hands.
-I was defeated in a Jihad to take Jerusalem (held all provinces of Jerusalem). After surrendering the Kingdom of Jerusalem was shown as being my territory, but all provinces were now held by a muslim count... who was count of every province in the Kingdom of Jerusalem, with me as liege lord. In 2.2x this worked correctly when I lost the Kingdom of Jerusalem to Jihad (lost control of provinces, was not liege lord to victor).

Something appears to be broken with Holy Wars in 2.3, based off this.

Holy wars have been working as usual for me. Try verifying the game cache? (steam library, rightclick ck2, properties, local files, big button in the middle)

1. I've done several Holy Wars and haven't seen any issues with the land not being transferred correctly to the new ruler. So any additional details would be welcome.

2. I've seen it happens at times that a single person gains all titles in a Crusade/Jihad for Jerusalem, but still be a vassal to their previous liege. I haven't seen someone become a vassal to the current ruler though. If you have a save game where this happens, that would be really great.

1) France's truce with the muslim rulers of Spain indicated that it won the holy war for the duchy, but all baronies, counts, etc appeared to be under the rule of the former owner still.
2) I have the ironman save, but its 5-10 years past the event by now. I also granted them independence to "fix" it. Would it still be of any use? If so, where should I upload it?
