[2.3] Hindu subjugation CB gone ?

Hi there (again ) so, i started a game with the Karkota dynasty in 769 and it seems i can't use subjugation CB, the declare war button is greyed out. So, to be sure, i ran a 1066 Tomara game, and the problem is the same.

Is this intentionnal ?

we are aware of the issue, but it didn't make it for the 2.3 patch, unfortunately.

It should only be the Indian Subjugation that is affected by this.

I literally just started my 1st CK2 game in a year hoping to give Rajas of India a spin and this happens...

Unfortunatly, I cant give any eta on a fix for it, but it's on the top of things to fix...
