Check the pic below. I've put a red line where the map border should be. As you can see, parts of Ethiopia extend outside the map border.

No that's not an error ... it's the area from which the forthcoming zombie apocalypse DLC will be based on ... since the land dips down there it makes it easier for the zombies in Hades to climb up to the Earth's surface and cause all sorts of hijinks.
Map changes rarely goes into minor patches. So yeah, this is still there for the live version. Instead of bumping reports every patch. Try to keep it for major patches, and mainly if there is no response to it. If QA has answered to a report already, then it has been reported into our internal bug report system and will be fixed when possible.
With that said. This is fixed in our internal version already and should be coming in a future patch.
