[2.3] Dead councilors still add to state attributes

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I cant reproduce this, my councilors dies and i lose their stat bonus. Are you maybe using any mods?
If not, do you have a save game where this has happened? Would be helpful for us to locate this issue

Dammit, I was hoping this post wouldn't be noticed by anyone.
The thing is that the stats do drop but only after some time. First I've waited for a month change as it seems to be the time when the game updates these sort of things but it didn't. After I've posted this thread I took another try a few hours later and it updated within 2 weeks. So it seems the time to update varies but it does update.
