2.3 Carousing event "We will play for money/honor" - no text displayed

See Screenshots. Text field for the event is empty, while the options only display "Character X: Character receives event"
Target of the carousing is the tribal count of Helsingland who is also my Cupbearer (character is Norse+Germanic).

It has been reported and should be fixed. Witch-king answered on this yesterday and said that he is fixing it
