I posted about this in the main forum, and no one called me an idiot, so I'm assuming this is a bug.

My ruler is betrothed to the daughter of another ruler. Both are of age, but the game is not allowing them to be married. (We are both dukes in the kingdom of France, if that matters)

There is no "betrothed can marry" alert at the top of the screen. But there is the "unmarried ruler" one. It appeared as soon as they both were old enough to marry.

Manually arranging the marriage does nothing either. Neither character can be selected. (Likely since they are both betrothed)

Apologies if this isn't a bug, but I have no idea what else could be going on.

The game likely thinks the two of you (your ruler and your betrothed's liege) are on opposing sides of a war, though this seems to not be the case from your screenshots. The only way to fix it would be to break the betrothal and hope her liege accepts a marriage offer.

Loaded up your save, and I can't really see any reason at a first glance as to why they shouldn't be able to marry. I'll file a bug report of the issue in our database. Thanks for reporting!

EDIT: Found the reason at least, it's because of you being a councillor. I'll update my report accordingly.
