I can't seem to see the screenshot. But ou specifically stated that you destroyed the custom kingdom title, so I'm guessing it looked something along the lines of this: k_dyn_195645?
If so, then it's already a known issue that information about custom titles are not saved properly. It should be fixed as soon as possible though. Thanks for reporting.
