[2.3 BTOF] Missing Name of Custom Kingdom

Hi everyone, I want to report something maybe this has been report.Yesterday I started playing with Mercia in ironman. To prevent wars and invasions from the North, I create the title of the Kingdom of Mercia, After creating the title of England I destroyed the title Kingdom of Mercia the title Kingdom of Mercia. Yesterday could create it again with his name. Kingdom of Mercia. But today I can create this new Kingdom

I have all DLC and no Mods

I can't seem to see the screenshot. But ou specifically stated that you destroyed the custom kingdom title, so I'm guessing it looked something along the lines of this: k_dyn_195645?

If so, then it's already a known issue that information about custom titles are not saved properly. It should be fixed as soon as possible though. Thanks for reporting.
