There are no issues with them on our end. I'm guessing Steam is having trouble to update your DLC files correctly. Go to your folder where you have Crusader Kings II installed, usually something like "C:\Program\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings II". Once there, delete the contents of you DLC folder. Then have Steam verify your files. Steam should then download the correct versions of the DLCs. Let me know how it works out.
