[2.3][BTOF] CTD using claimants in titles screen

Description: Highly reproducable CTD while using the Claimants button in the titles screen.

Mods: No
DLC: All

Replication:
1) Start a new game, or load a game.
2) Find a title that has a claimant - any title will do.
3) Click the claimant button and the claimant window will open.
4) Click the claimant button again.
*** At this point the CTD seems to be triggered by many things and appears to be unavoidable.
5) Close the claimants list - 50% chance of getting a CTD here
6) Move the mouse around a little
7) Still no crash? Hover your mouse over the claimants button
8) Behold the beauty of your desktop

If you can not get it to crash let me know and I will see what I can do in finding another way to replicate.

I believe this was already reported. The crash is caused by clicking the claimants button when a list of claimants for a different title is currently displayed.

Really where is that? I searched for it on both here and the tech support and going back as far as 2012, I didn't see a thread about the issue.

We are aware of the issue with the game crashing when using claimant lists at the moment. Hopefully, it will be fixed in time for the upcoming patch. No promises though.
