Thank you for the detailed steps to reproduce the issue! They do wonder in our work to reproduce issues and they were easy to follow, as I was able to reproduce the crash no problem.
However, I crash on step 10, when I try to close the second window currently open. And I crashed three times in a row, all at the same step. So I'll be sure to report that. But it's probably connected to the same issue.
