Trebizond should still control the province of Chaldea (which should still be Greek and Orthodox, along with Sinope), as they historically did until the fall of the Empire itself in 1461. I know they controlled the capital of Chaldea, Kerasous (Miller, Trebizond, p. 107) until 1461, as well as Kotyora, according to Wikipedia, although I can't find any further sources to confirm that.

The Principality of Theodoro (province of Cherson), while represented in-game, seems to be a vassal of the Golden Horde, but historically, it was a semi-autonomous Trapezuntine dependency.
