I've noticed a few problems with this minor title:
* Maybe I'm quibbling a bit, but "Dowager Empress" is grammatically incorrect. The correct form is "Empress Dowager", like the Countess Dowager in Downton Abbey. It just bugs me a bit, like how the Ecumenical Patriarchate is called the Ecumenical Patriarchy in-game.
* Any woman whose progeny is an Emperor/Empress/King/Queen becomes Dowager Empress/Queen Mother. For example, I was playing as Petros Tornikes in the ERE yesterday, became Emperor, and my mother, who was still alive, became Dowager Empress, even though my father Leon was never an Emperor. Dowager Empress in particular is a title reserved for a woman who was married to an Emperor, and arguably the same could be said for Queen Mother. So, the conditions for being granted the title need to be amended a bit.
